Prior to your visit:

  1. Please print and fill out the required new patient information and bring it with you.
  1. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, scented oils or smoking as this can cause allergic reactions in other patients during their treatments. You will not be treated if you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
  1. It’s important to have some food in your belly, as acupuncture may leave you feeling tired and/or dizzy on an empty stomach.

*We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. Credit cards will be taken at time of booking appointment and no shows and same-day cancellations will be charged at the full rate with the credit card on file.
